I had the chance to work with Tessie during a really big period of change in my life. I was switching jobs and thinking about heading back to school. Tessie was my third therapist, and she made a huge difference for me. Each session with her made me feel heard. She remembered even the tiniest detail of my life from months earlier.

She was super understanding and has been the only therapist that made CBT practical for me. I really felt like she got what I was going through and was flexible when I couldn't make our usual time work
