What is urinary incontinence? Urinary incontinence is the involuntary release of urine. It is not a disease but a symptom of a problem with the urinary tract. Urinary incontinence is very common, especially among older adults. For most women, the main effect of urinary incontinence is social or hygienic problems. Urinary incontinence is the same as Overactive Bladder (OAB).

Female Infertility
Infertility affects men and women equally. 80 percent of infertility cases have a known cause, and half of these are wholly or partially due to male infertility factors, most commonly azoospermia (the absence of any sperm) or oligospermia (the presence of too few sperm). Infertility in women is usually due to anovulation (absence of ovulation), blocked fallopian tubes, or uterine abnormalities, gynecologic problems that physicians often refer to as female infertility factors.
Endometriosis
Diseases that cause increased pressure in the abdomen, such as obesity, respiratory problems with a long-lasting (chronic) cough, constipation, and pelvic organ cancers can also lead to pelvic organ prolapse. The condition can also occur after hysterectomy for another gynecological health problem, such as endometriosis, dysfunctional uterine bleeding or uterine fibroids.

Interstitial Cystitis
Interstitial Cystitis Interstitial cystitis (IC), a condition characterized by difficulty in emptying the bladder, primarily affects women, with symptoms including urinary urgency, frequency, and bladder pain. Ultrasound
This is a completely non-invasive form of treatment in which an energy source generates a shock wave that is directed at a urinary stone within the kidney or ureter. Shock waves are transmitted to the patient either through a water bath, which the patient is placed in, or using a water-filled cushion that is placed against the skin. Ultrasound or fluoroscopy is used to locate the stone and focus the shock waves. The repeated force caused by the shock waves fragments the stone into small pieces.
MRI
MRI (magnetic resonance imaging): A procedure that uses a magnet, radio waves, and a computer to make a series of detailed pictures of areas inside the body. This procedure is also called nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (NMRI).
X-Rays
Computed Tomography
CT scan (CAT scan): A procedure that makes a series of detailed pictures of areas inside the body, taken from different angles. The pictures are made by a computer linked to an x-ray machine. A dye may be injected into a vein or swallowed to help the organs or tissues show up more clearly. This procedure is also called computed tomography, computerized tomography, or computerized axial tomography.

Vascular Surgery
Vascular Surgery This treatment is usually reserved for men whose blood flow has been blocked by an injury to the penis or pelvic area. Surgery may also be used to correct erectile dysfunction caused by vascular blockages. The goal of this treatment is to correct a blockage of blood flow to the penis so that erections can occur naturally. But the long-term success of this surgery is unclear.
