The ride from Toronto with greyhound was great(our driver was awesome, can't remember his name but he sounded Italian)but the New York one was absolutely the worst.After having a lay over for 2hrs 55minutes,I missed my bus cz there is NO ONE to give announcements or guide you on which gate to go to since it isn't written on the ticket.It was my first time at this station and was completely lost on what gate to go to during my boarding time.Plus no one at the Syracue or Toronto station to change my ticket cz it doesn't make sense for one to travel from Toronto to Springfield but has to stop at Syracuse and then come all the way to New York then go back to Springfield. Please check on how you lay out your route schedules or have people at the station to change it.

Safe to say this has been the WORST BUS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
GREYHOUND DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
My bus trip to Baltimore was supposed to leave at 4:30pm.
It’s 4:54 pm and I, and the forty other people riding this bus, was just informed our bus is here but we can’t get on because THERE’S NO DRIVER.
Customer service did not solve my problem. Greyhound has NO RESPECT FOR THE TIME OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Moral of the story: do not buy this bus.
