I was suddenly thrown into a roommate battle with a friend I had lived with for over a year regarding a sublease and frantically started searching for tenant lawyers. Paul was the very first to get back to me and after hearing my story, he was very straight forward and clear in explaining what my options were. He wasn't intimidating to talk to, and didn't ask for payment before telling me his opinion and advice. This unofficial consultation would have cost over $350 for at the other lawyers I had reached out to. (As quoted in their e-mails!) Paul was able to help me successfully win a quite complicated landlord-tenant case. Paul knows what is doing and is very confident. These cases can be very emotional and you need a lawyer like him to keep you sane. Like most laywers, he is very busy, so you sometimes need to keep track of things for your case yourself to make sure nothing falls through. I've dealt with numerous lawyers in the past and with most of them, you have to chase them down and they would not respond for days. However, Paul is always very responsive (usually within the hour or same day at the latest) and accommodating when you need him. It is hard to find a lawyer you can trust and rely on and I felt like I was able to do that with Paul.

Can't say enough great things about Paul Kenney. He is extremely intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out. He paid incredible attention during the contract phase which made the entire sales process simplistic as a buyer. Purchasing a co-op is very different than a home or condo. On November 2011, another attorney delayed the closing of my condo for the second week of December. I desperately had to retain another attorney. I was referred to Mr. Kenney by the seller and retained his services the week before Thanksgiving. Mr. Kenney scheduled my closing for the day before Thanksgiving! Lo and behold, I was moved into my new home the day before Thanksgiving!
