Be AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, The owner of this company Brett Finkelstein is a scammer, they get jobs and they hire the contractors to do that job, their customer pay them but they don't pay the contractors, My company worked one time for them and they never pay us for our services.

Be aware of this company, 1 Stop Maintenance is a scam, they don't pay to the contractors that they hire. Their customer I guess are happy because they hire contractors to do the job, but the problem is when they have to pay the contractors they never send the payment. CONTRACTOR BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, don't work with them. Brett Finkelstein is a Con Man, I'm telling this for experience my company work one time for them and I never receive the payment of my services.
