My friend and I went into RS on 23rd St to buy an expensive cell phone that had been listed in RS's circular paper as being on sale. When we got to the store 2 ghetto girls were "working". neither one asked if they could help us, the other was on her cell phone as she looked at stocking shelves. Still no one helped. my friend asked if this phone was on sale, without even looking up she said in a nasty tone.."That's the price" we told her we'd just seen in in a RS flyer as being on sale today...

"that's the price".

We just walked out of the store.

Nice to see that Radio Shack still suck for customer relations! I guess that's why they are not listed as an accredited business with the BBB and got tan F for customer relations.
