About Spark Productions Spark Productions is a leading presenter of award-winning theater on and off Broadway and in London. Other New York productions include The Seafarer, written and directed by Conor McPherson and starring Jim Norton and David Morse ; Coram Boy, directed by Melly Still ; Butley, starring Nathan Lane and Dana Ivey and directed by Nicholas Martin ; The History Boys' starring Richard Griffiths, Dominic Cooper and directed by Nicholas Hytner ; Democracy, starring James Naughton and Richard Thomas and directed by Michael Blakemore ; Whoopi, written by and starring Whoopi Goldberg ; Long Day's Journey Into Night, starring Vanessa Redgrave, Brian Dennehy, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Robert Sean Leonard and staged by Robert Falls ; Frankie & Johnny in the Clair Delune, starring Edie Falco and Stanley Tucci and directed by Joe Mantello ; and The Crucible, starring Liam Neeson and Laura Linney and directed by Richard Eyre. Off-Broadway credits include Spalding Gray: Stories Left to Tell, with Kathleen Chalfant and Fisher Stevens and direction by Lucy Sexton ; and Bridge & Tunnel, written and performed by Sarah Jones and directed by Tony Taccone. Bridge & Tunnel went on to win a Tony Award on Broadway. Spark Productions is currently producing the Broadway productions of A Little Night Music, orignally starring Tony-winner Angela Lansbury and Oscar-winner, Catherine Zeta-Jones and directed by Trevor Nunn. Since July 2010, the musical stars Tony-winners Bernadette Peters and Elaine Stritch. Other Spark productions inclued Twyla Tharp's Tony-nominated Come Fly Away and a London revival of All My Sons, starring David Suchet and Zoe Wanamaker and directed by Howard Davies.
