        We brought in our dogs on Sunday and the staff alternated between ignoring us and then giving us looks of annoyance. We have 3 pugs and they were very well behaved but not a single staff person could be bothered to help us find anything. I had read such positive reviews but they don't actually have a bakery anymore so there are no cupcakes and the selection is nothing special. I haven't tried their grooming but at this point I'm not willing to even step foot back into the store and give them another chance. They fell way short of expectations and reputation.
