The NYC Pack

I feel I need to defend Lydia and Steven here since we've been using their service for several years now. I don't understand how someone could post such an unsavory review of a business that is well known for their pet care excellence in the NYC area. Alas some people cannot be pleased. The NYC pack has taken care of us since 2004.

I used the NYC pack (Lydia, Steve and the gang) to dog-sit and train my sometimes belligerent, but beloved Dalmatian Penelope. The dogs behavior has improved immensely and she is MUCH better around our 2 year old twins now! Reccomended

STAY AWAY. We left our dog with Steven in great condition and had taken her to the vet just two days before to be safe. When we picked her up a week later after returning from our vacation, she was already packed in her bag, so it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that her back end was COVERED in poop, she had a white film covering her eye (likely from a scratch) and her bottom looked red and tender. When we called him he talked in circles and closed with saying that it "wasn't his problem". They've also had reviews filtered off Yelp. If you care about your animal at all, stay far away from these people.
