        Do not go to this particular facility (Jarvis in Newark)!

        I checked reviews before I did, and there were two good ones! I called beforehand, was told they had Penzoil 15-40, brought my truck in and they poured Shell oil into my engine, then lied about it to my face. I wrote a bad review, the manager called me, appologized and told me that he couldn't get Penzoil. He did offer to change it again for free, but not with Penzoil. Now, a week later, all reviews are absent from their website ? How convenient! I will continue to inform my friends, write additional poor reviews, and warn the general public not to visit this store unless you don't care what product goes into your engine.
