Joe's Crab Shack

I was there on Sept 26 ,2014 the day Oprah had her weekend tour I got there at 1:00pm didn't get seated until3:35 the line was out the door not enough staff to serve the manager was in the kitchen serving plate not aware of what was happening on the floor or didn't care . I had the worst service ever. The food was very good they should have been better prepared for all the people that came for lunch

The food was good but the service was just horrible and the prices were so high. Evertime we asked for a refill or extra something it too almost an hour just to revive it and there were only about 5 people in the whole restaurant
