United Airlines

I loved flying the friendly skies with the extremely helpful and courteous United staff. When my flight was cancelled multiple times, I could always count on the customer service reps to address my questions with polite and intelligent responses such as " I have to go to the bathroom", "there's nothing I can do", and "let me check my crystal ball". I think the sassy comebacks made my trip more delightful and entertaining. All in all, united provided a wonderful and relaxing experience that definitely made me feel some type of way.

Not a large presence at Newark but very helpful staff. We would use United again.
