Service

Very poor service. Have delivered the wrong size tanks every week for 3 months. Now have broken equipment and can't even get a tech to look at it. No definite answers as to when new equipment might come. It took 6 months to get the ones we have.

THEY SAY OPEN 24 HRS AND THATS NOT ABSOLUTELY TRUE. I CALLED AND THERE'S AN ANSWERING MACHINE. AFTER WAITING 15 MINUTES, A PERSON COMES ON AND HANGS UP. THEY HARDLY EVER BRING WHAT I NEED AT THE TIME AND BEEN WITH THEM SO LONG,. THEY SHOULD KNOW WHAT I'M ASKING FOR. THEY HAVE MY RECORDS AND THE EQUIPTMENT I USE. WHY DO I HAVE TO FREMEMBER ALL THE CODES AND NUMBERS. YOU CAN BET THEY HAVE THERECORDS TO BILL MEDICARE EVERY MONTH

They have absolutely no consideration for their customers. They make them wait all day every week. They say there is no way to let a customer know when they will drop off the oxygen, no way to have someone else sign for them even though you can have someone sign for all other meds at the pharmacy. I would make -5 if I could.
