Beaver Creek Apartments

Great place to live. Tamara and Mallory are wonderful as managers. They know everyone by name. And Steve and John are so quick on maintenance. I highly recommend the place, and I'm really sorry I had to leave. It felt like I was leaving home for the first time.

Ron "the manager" is such a jerk . Constantly policing and yelling at people for anything and everything. Rent is too high to be treated like that. "Hey Ron, we are the customers and if you keep treating people this way customers will buy somewhere else." Good Bye and Good riddance.....

My husband and I just recently moved out of our apartment at Beaver Creek, due to us relocating out of state. Let me just say, we searched and searched for a new apartment and nothing has compared to what we had at Beaver Creek! The apartment itself was always quiet and it was a very family friendly neighborhood. The office staff was seriously the best. Ron and Tamara made that place feel like home! Anytime we would walk to get the mail we would bring our pup into the office and they would have a treat waiting for her. Maintenance was good about getting things done, but we rarely had to call about anything (usually to fix a light that would burn out in our vaulted ceiling). The only recommendation I would have is to have a dog-park; many of the residents have requested this feature because it is a very dog-friendly neighborhood. My electric seemed to run a bit higher there than other apartments but it could have been my 2-bedroom unit with vaulted ceilings as well (not to mention we keep our house at 70 year round). All-in-all you definitely get what you pay for there. They are a wonderful community, I always felt safe day or night, and would highly recommend anyone to live at Beaver Creek.
