Riverwind Apartments-Office

This place is great. We can afford to live here and the people in the office are really nice and friendly. We had a problem with our heat when the office was closed. We called the 24 hour emergency line and someone came out and fixed it really quickly. Love the location, it is very pretty and quiet.

Very nice place. We have lived here for several years and the staff and maintenance is really efficient and courteous. Nice and quiet neighborhood, people are great. Very affordable. If you are looking for an apartment I would recommend that you check this place first!!!!!!

This place is a definite sh*thole. Over $700/month for thirty yr old appliances, paper thin carpet, non-working windows. The list goes on.

As of now, the air conditioners have been removed from my bldg for over two weeks. Just in time for hot weather. Never, ever, rent here!

Between kids running around everywhere with no parents to be found anywhere, to office staff that doesn't do there job, people all around that live here on drugs! Worst apartments ever!!!!! Trust me walls are paper thin you hear everything even if someone's talking in regular voice. People walking around and going in and out of peoples apt all hours of the night. If you are looking for a hot spot for drugs and all around mess this is the place for you.
