Called to ask about having dry ice delivered for shipping food products to clients. Received a very prompt call back and was very satisfied with the gentleman who explained that it was only for pick up, not delivery. When I arrived to pick it up, he was very helpful and polite. Will be returning here for future ice needs.

I needed to acquire dry ice and when i called they were very rude on the phone and in person. On the phone, I asked closing time and told them we will be there before closing. the guy on the phone responded in a very nasty tone "well were are you coming from because we close at 2!. when i told him he then said "you better hurry up." it sounds innocent in writing but i found it rude and unprofessional. when we got there they appeared annoyed as if we were bothering them since we came in just before closing. The "helper" kid wasnt very helpfull as he did not even help to carry the 15 pounds of ice to the car.
