Derham Auto Sales GM

We had gone car shopping Saturday and found a vehicle we liked. As most people my daughter was on a budget, and we walked because we could not make a deal at that moment for her budget. While leaving my husband and I decide to help her with the difference, went to the bank and returned within 20 minutes (3pm) and no one was there. Mind you the hours on their site said 5pm. We called and left a message, and also a message on their facebook page with no response. Since you obviously can not go off their site for the hours of operation, we figured we would get a call back the next time they were in. Sunday passes and onto this Monday morning, and my husband called first thing this morning so that we could rush down there to buy the vehicle. To our disappointment the vehicle was sold and when asked he said he sold it sunday. My issues with this business is that you have certain hours on your site that you don't adhere to, and then he didn't have the common courteous to call us back the next time they were in the office. Who knows we may have tried to do a deal on another vehicle that was on their lot that she liked! I have to say he was fair with the pricing and don't have an issue with that. I don't like the lack of professionalism and the oh well attitude with speaking with him this morning. I work for a dealership and have worked for several dealerships throughout the years and this is definitely not one I would recommend for professionalism.

Gary Sr/Gary Jr/ Sean are all top notch people. I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion from this dealer and couldn't be happier. Got a great car at a great price. Highly recommended!
