        Don't trust this escrow co. They work with crooked brokers who tried to steal my house in lake view terrace. I had to file police reports and this co refuse to return calls or contact me at all. Escrow is to protect both parities not assist in greedy real estate brokers daily scams. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ
