Sky Transportation

Terribly bad... really bad drivers, & chronically late.. and today diddnt show up at all... steer clear of this company.. they seem to hire the worst of the worst.. ugghh

The most deadly place is Sky transportation! They have put my life in danger, and also caught lying to Lagisticare, they r gonna be investigated, do not use them for medical transportation!!!

Left my keys in cab, called them 2 minutes after exiting cab. Was put on hold for 20 minutes, was then told not responsible for property and that driver couldn't find them. I called back 1 hour later and was asked what driver looked like and what he was wearing, which means they lied to me about driver checking car during my first call. I then asked to speak to owner by name of Roman, was told he is in meeting, took my name and number, 3 hours later no call back. I called them back 3 hours later, was told owner isn't there, he is seldom there, and is in New York most of the time. I then asked the women on the phone if she knows which driver dropped off (name of passenger) at (name of place) at 12:00 noon time sharp, she again put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. I called back, twice, no answer.

I was very impressed. Very helpful driver and clean car. I love new car smell. Not expensive. Very recommend.

My wife gets picked up for dialysis @ 5 a.m. When it's time for her to come home, they won't pick her up, So pissed!!!..

They are NOT helpful when things go wrong, even when it's their fault. To make it worse some of them can be very rude when you need help. The drivers seem to all be nice, it's the other staff like the dispatcher that doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction either way.
