Terrible service and customer service!!! I called to ask if I could get a payment plan on my service for thanksgiving, 3 days was all I was asking and the supervisor named Heather told me I should down grade my service if I could not afford it!!!! If I downgraded anymore it wouldn't work at all!!! $155 a month for awful service and even worse customer service!!!

They were better when they were Newnan Utilities but Nulink is worth four stars. NU would have gotten five.



I just called them because it seems like our HD box is not working properly. I waited only a couple of minutes and a representative helped me. He was courteous and polite.



A repair man is coming by tomorrow. He will call before he comes sometime between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00. I know this will happen because we have been with Nulink since it started.



We another company whose office is way off in Texas somewhere. Everything was so frustrating because we had to call Texas to get anything down.
