Regency Square Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I know several families that live at Regency Square. The place has whole sections that are infested with BED BUGS. Riverside Hospital will not even let patients from Regency Square bring any personal belongings to the hospital with them and have a section just for patients from that complex. The BED BUG problem is so bad, some children have had so many bites that they had to be transferred from Riverside Hospital to CHKD Children's Hospital in Norfolk. The hospital information was told to me by a Riverside employee. This is on top of their horrendous problem with roaches and a major RAT infestation which I already know about. One father there has had several rats chew through the cabinets and walls in his kitchen to come in and he has killed several of them. These are not mice but rats. The hospital has reported the bed bug and rat problem to the city of Newport News but they have done nothing to force Regency Square to do anything yet. Regency Square(owned by Goldkress Corporation) does not tell new tenants anything about these problems. BE WARE!!
