        Very unwelcoming to new customers . . .

        It is unfortunate when a business does not care to do what is necessary to let a first time customer with a small purchase know that they will be treated right every time they come in.



        Not posting store policies and then arbitrarily making them up as they go along will not bring paying customers back a second time!
