I reached out to Mike and his team to replace a rotted garage header beam and then frame out the garage door opening. It was a fairly complicated job requiring careful demolition, new concrete footings for the posts, and ensuring a proper fit for the LVL beam. During the estimate phase, Mike was extremely helpful in talking me through all the specifics of the job and spent the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. His pricing was competitive and fair. His team started on time and left the job site clean every day. True professionals. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his crew addressed structural issue's other contractors told us couldn't be done which allowed us to remove walls and open up the space for our dream kitchen. The highly skilled carpenters not only installed our new kitchen they also made mouldings and trim to match the old style existing woodwork in our home. They were on time every day & cleaned up after themselves.
Mike made the whole process easy and anytime there was an issue he would have a couple of solutions already figured out. We always felt he had time for us and was quick to respond to emails and calls. We have recommended Tait Construction several times and will continue to do so.
