        They drained me...

        They offered me an immediate service call, but I opted for the next day. They ran late by an hour and a half. My laundry lift pump was inoperative and the plumber said I need a new one. A Zoeller 105 Drain Pump System was installed. It lists for between $213 and $285 online and came with a check valve as part of the boxed kit. I was charged separately for the check valve. They had to buy the parts from a local vendor, after that the install time was less than an hour for a total time of about 1.5 hours. The total cost was $620 with a one year guarantee. I thought the labor to be excessive about $335to $400. That being said, by writing this review, they may refund my service by up to $500 if I’m this week’s lucky winner. If I win, I got a great deal, if not? You decide….

        Pretty good service

        I booked a plumber to come out to fix our shower online 2 days ago and they showed up today. At first the plumber said it would be $720 but then suggested trying a simpler fix first. He went to the parts store came back and fixed it about an hr later. The only thing that was annoying was that they never called me to confirm they got my online request - and that I scheduled from 9-11am and they didn't called until 10:50am to say that he was on his way and then he didn't actually get here til 12:15. The service was good though once he was here. I would use them again.
