        Thank you for your comments and we appreciate your past business. We strive really hard to sell our customers the best quality and looking medical equipment products in our store. The item you are referring to had a small tear in the box and looked like it had been taped which would not be sellable to other customers. In this case we cannot accept returns. We hope to earn your business in the future and wish you the best.

        Overall

        Would not take a return over very tiny rip in box that would /could of been hidden with a piece of tape. Lost a family of customers over a few dollars profit but we will never shop there again.
