Progressive Plumbing Inc

Work performed on a steam vessell that required 7 permits. We made the mistake of telling Progressive Plumbing how much we thought the permits cost, which ended up being a $2500 mistake. We needed the receipts for the permits to get reimbursed. Chuck at Progressive Pluming was very rude and kept putting us off on getting the receipts. Long story short, there was no receipt for the permits in the amount we thought the permits cost because the permits were $2500 less than what we expected. When I confronted Chuck at Progressive about this he stated you agreed to pay this price. The morale of this story is, this company is dishonest and given the opportunity they will take advantage of you. The real looser is the company we were doing business for because they understood what was going on and they paid us $3000 for permits that only cost $655.
