Worst customer service ever! Price gauging at it's finest. Simple hem and didn't even do a good job!!!

My son had a Baseball Glove and yes he had named it years ago "Old Reliable". There was some stiching starting to wear on the mitts pocket and initially they had stated that they did not have the curved equipment needed to do such a job. I knew the mitt was well broken in and the problem could be fixed open on a flat surface so I took it in anyway for them to look at. Right away they were on it and my son took the that glove all the way to the Championship this year with his team. They made my sons day and as for me....I was very pleased with their willingness to look at it, give it a try and fix it perfectly while still getting it back to me that day in less than 2 hours. Great group of Women.
