        Overall

        Consistent failure to resolve the issue. Lack of detail to find where rodents were entering the home. Technicians are not trained in basic understanding of structural systems to provide accurate home inspection.

        Good News is Bad News

        This company sets traps to kill rodents but will only pick up dead rats during business hours. So if the rat is caught on a Friday night they won't pick it up until Monday am.
