I purchased a piano in August, 2005. After using the piano for 8 years, we no longer had players at home. On June 18, 2013, I contacted them to sell the piano for me. We agreed on a price of $3500.00. Until the piano was sold, they would rent it out and I would receive revenue from the rental. It is now 3 years later and I have not received one penny form them. I have contacted them in excess of 10 times of the course of the 3 years and was promised check after check after check...NOTHING!!!! It's such a shame. My mother used them for years to service her piano. The sons are killing the business!!!!
