Transglobal was awesome and is a very personable guy, easy to work with. He took great care to make sure my mom's neglected '82 Nighthawk 650 was secure the whole way through. I was especially impressed with how calm and professional he was even though I had delayed him (and possibly another client) by a good 30-40 minutes by my own failings. Apologies to whomever was after me that day!
