Can't give them any less. First when I reported vandalism to my home they told me to deal with it. Then they autorenewed my lease 90+ days before it ended without my permission. And lastly I have video evidence that I put my keys into the drop box and yet they are saying they don't have them and charging a "re-keyying" fee out of my deposit. I'll see them in court. Getting into bed woth councill was the worst decision of my time in Norfolk. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very disrespectful management. Some of the people that work there are ok, but a lot of them never give you direct answers or make you look stupid. I was told I couldn't apply for a certain apartment that was to be available August first because "they have no intention of cleaning it a anytime after the first", and that I should apply for a different unit, and if I don't apply for that one that there's nothing they can do. The person who said this to me is Leslie. So watch out for her. She is extremely nasty and rude. Wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

They have rude management. They are never ready to listen to your problems.

And of course when it comes to give you back your security deposit they are going to eat your money for no reason and when you gonna ask for reason they gonna start ignoring you.



Never deal with these people.

Cockroaches. Contacted management about it a few times and they sent people to spray. Every time, within two days the roaches were back. Finally bought some raid myself and sprayed cracks in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I was unpleasantly met by an onslaught of large roaches crawling out of the walls. I couldn't eat in my own apartment from disgust. Thankfully moving out within the month.
