Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place has the most rudest people in the world.. the people here need to be fired and more respectable people bought in.. I have been to this place twice and both times i was very unhappy with the customer service. when i tried to order my food in the drive thru i kept getting cut off because the person taking my order wanted to laugh and talk to his co workers about nothing concerning work. both times i went they took forever to give me my food n still forgot something.. when i went inside to let them know they messed up my order the little hood rat behind the counter got an attitude and walked away while mumbling something and i had to wait for someone else to come from drive thru... good customer service means nothing to the people who work here..I dont see the point in filling out an application when clearly you dont want to work!!!

TODAY WE PURCHASE 3 ORDERS OF 3 WINGS AND A BISCUIT MEALS, THE GRAVY DID NOT LOOK LIKE GRAVY AND THE CHICHEN IS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. TRIED TO CALL THE STORE AND NO ONE ANSWERED, ONLY THE FAX MACHINE CAME ON. WE LOOKED AT THE CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS AND IT SHOWS THE WHOLE CREDIT CALL NUMBER AS WELL AS THE EXPIRATION DATE. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS? WE DAIL THE PHONE NUMBER OVER 10 TIMES AND NO ONE WILL PICK UP TO ANSWER. BEFORE THE BUILDING HAD A FIRE THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GOOD. NOW IT TAKES LONGER TO GET THE FOOD AND THE PEOPLE HAVE A REAL BAD ATTITUDE. PLEASE BRING BACK THE CARING PEOPLE AND GET THE HOOD PEOPLE OUT OF THE BUILDING.
