Just to alert current and future customers about my experience. Do not use this bank. Stacey Steffes posed as an employee and not the manager and would not help in arranging my mother's accounts. I have never encounted such a run-around. I waited nearly a week for an answer as power of attorney. I was forced to remove my mothers' money

and transfer to another bank in town where customer service matters. Stay away from this bank if thats is what you call it.
