        Dear menager,

        This is only to show how disappointed I am with my today's order.

        I ordered, as usual on Friday night, a grilled codfish. Order# 267 02/12/16 Friday - 7:09pm. Usually I receive a very nice portion of codfish. However, today I got so mad when I opened the order. Your people sent me a tail portion of the fish, and the back of it had no meat at all, only the bone. I really got very upset about it. I am a regular client.

        You can go over your records, and I'll see that I always order codfish. I as a client, I think that this fact requiares the manager's attention.

        I deserve at least an apology.
