I absolutely love "I Love Kickboxing North Branford"
I wasn't sure about joining at first because I'm not a big gym person. I love kickboxing North Branford is not a typical gym. It's an amazing workout and all the instructors are helpful and encouraging. The gym itself is very clean. Check it out. You will not be disappointed!

This is an amazing workout that leaves you feeling exhausted. It's super fun and the energy in the studio is positive. The routines change everyday so you never get bored. The staff is super friendly and very encouraging. There are modifications for everything so anyone can do it. Positive changes come quick so it keeps you coming back for more.

I Love Kickboxing North Branford CT has changed my life. I've lost 15 pounds and 15 inches in 45 days. The instructors are super and I look forward to going.

Love it here. I recommend giving it a try. I tried one class and now I'm hooked. I love it. You will see results. Night time classes available. 5:30 and 6:30 for I love kick boxing. Staff is all friendly and helpful. They are always having events.

You will sweat and love it I promise. You get free gloves with signing up and punch that bag is great after a long day at work. Place is clean. See you there !!

This is a full body workout where you can challenge yourself no matter your fitness level. The The staff are encourage and challenge us to push ourselves in the workout. I have been recommending them to all my friends and now to you!

I highly recommend iLoveKickboxing in North Branford! Awesome staff, clean studio and inviting atmosphere! The instructors are great! Before giving them a try, it had been years of no exercise and very unhealthy eating for me. I was obese and experiencing health issues. Not only did they meet me on my fitness level (or lack thereof), but they kept me encouraged and motivated! You’ll get such a fat-burning workout! I love my ILKB family now!

Before ilovekickboxing I would have described myself as lazy. I never knew I could find a place where I could get a full head to toe workout in such a fun and positive environment. I have never been more motivated to get up and work out. The entire staff and members are awesome. What a great place to work out :)

I love it here. The instructors are the best. Being a student the class schedule really works for me as well. I never liked to workout until coming here.

This is the only place you need to go for a full workout. It is a very personal experience and you never feel out of place. The staff is continuously positive. Love it!

This place is Amazing!! My Classmates, Staff & Instructors are very supportive! I have never had a workout that incorporated my entire body so intensely in an hour! The Best part of these Kickboxing classes are the Real Boxing Gloves & Real Contact with a Heavybag! I would recommend everyone Male or Female of All Ages to sign up!!
