It's not very often that I find a business that actually knows their business inside and out, but cares about making sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase and service. I recently purchased a TV from Barry. Barry spent enough time to answer all of my questions and did a great job educating me about the different products they offered. After my purchase Barry personally came to do the installation and set up of my TV, again making sure that I knew how to operate it and all the features it offered. I had checked with several box stores before my visit to NCTV and found they were very competitive on price on the same products that I had looked at. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a TV or appliance to give NCTV a visit.
