Cooper's Pointe

I highly recommend you run from this place, you are not only going to be throwing away money you will walk away from this place so frustrated at the staff. They say they are going to take care of something then turn around and say the owners who are in California say that they are not able to do it. Don't get me wrong the place doesn't look half bad that is until you get into your apartment and you wonder what changed from the show room to this.... The walls literally are paper thin, you can hear them mowing every three days or so and the golf cart beeper that's how thin. I love the rain don't you but not in my living room, it floods on the bottom floor and they said there isn't anything they can do. The fleas are really bad around here too. Crime rate over here is so so there was a shooting back in dec and also a couple of break ins, but never fear there is a cop driving up and down the block all the time, so get use to the sirens. I hope you stir clear of this hell hole.
