A1 Garage Door Repair

We called and scheduled service. Our service window was between 10am-Noon. At noon we called to see why the service person was not here. We were told he was just a couple of minutes away. Fifty (50) minutes later, we called back--still no service person. The man on the phone (a service coordinator type person, not the person we were waiting for) told us he did not know where our service person was. We held the line for him to contact the service person. The coordinator came back on and said the service person claimed to have called and spoken with us. That was a complete lie as my entire family was here waiting for this service person--all cell phones and house/land phone show no evidence of a missed call. HE LIED!!! When we disputed what the service person said and asked if this is how they run their business, the service coordinator replied, (his exact words!) you don't have to do business with us! And with that, he was correct. In this struggling economy, it is UNBELIEVABLE that a company would be so...what's the word...unprofessional?!? My $350 hour long repair went to another company. One that showed up when promised and knew how to treat paying customers. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
