        I was at this location helping a friend with a rental through his insurance and over a two day period the staff was rude and completely unconcerned. When I witnessed them being rude to my friend, who is disabled, I said something and the manager was equally rude and belligerent to me. I travel regularly and will never rent from Hertz.
