        i have been a patient of dr polasky for years on and of due to insurance reasons. regardless of if insurance covered me or not he was alwayse there to find a way to fix my teeth when needed. they have an exceptional caring staff and will do whatever it takes to see you through every aspect of your appointment from care and treatment to helping u when u can not affort to fix a broken painfull tooth and work with u to fit it into your budget. thank you for your exceptional service above and beyond. satisfied customer
