The gentleman that owns this business is the most professional and pleasant individual I have had the pleasure of dealing with in years, I took my printer in for a repair and also asked him if he could look at my shredder to see if he could repair a broken wire. He didn't hesitate to say that he could rewire it. I've looked for 2 years and haven't been able to get anyone to do this - they just said to replace it. It's an expensive 10 hour run piece of equipment and I am so grateful.
