Innovative Protection

Our company had an opportunity to do some contract work for this branch of Innovative Protection. The work in the field with the Supervisor went smoothly and the Branch Manager was quick to resolve a couple small issues to our benefit. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and honest desire to satisfy clients/contractors are what impressed us most. We would be happy to work with Innovate in the future.

Just received a notice for not being on the safe list. I called "customer service" and spoke to Michelle who told me my car isn't in the system. I replied it isn't because I'm a resident and I have a pass which was hanging. She told me my car isn't in their system at all. Well why would it be in the system if I have a pass that would defeat the purpose of using a pass as a resident. I will be contacting my HOA as I refuse to pay for a tow or ticket if this happens again because of their incompetency. I'm not the first person to have this happen when the pass is clearing hanging.

I'll call fast card when we needed a fire watch and they showed up on time same day Save the Day I would like to send them to anyone thank you again fast guard service!
