Elco Painting

Terrible company. ELCO was hire by our Condo Association to do exterior painting. ELCO sand blasted the old paint from the building. In doing so, they damaged the glass on 2 windows and a storm door among other damage such as exterior lights, aluminum capping and landscaping. ELCO looked at damage and agreed the glass need replacement and would do so. That was 6 months ago. Since they have been FIRED buy the condo association for the horrible paint job, they no longer return calls, which isn't bad because they just lied to us when they did.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Elco Painting. First off, they are trustworthy. The workers had access to my home for three days without me there and they were incredibly respectful, neat and clean. Secondly, I can be a rather difficult person to please when it comes to my home. I have very high expectations and want things to be perfect. Elco exceeded all my expectations and in fact this is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review. Lastly, their prices are fair. You are paying for the quality and trust. Finally, the previous review has it all wrong. Everything was fully explained to me in a very detailed contract.
