If you have a Volvo and you have little interest in having to deal with the dealership, this is a great local shop. The owner is man of few words, but knows Volvo's and is going to be straightforward about what needs to be done. The work is quality and the service turn around time very reasonable. They will also match pricing on things like tires which was helpful. The staff is always responsive and courteous which is refreshing. It appears they actually appreciate the business and although I cannot speak for all other customers in the area, I am happy to say I will continue to use this shop for future service.
