Eddie the owner is a god damn scub bag. He sells cars that have issues with them and then tries to offer you another deal and think he is doing you a favor. He has a 2004 Chrysler Pcifica (red) that he sold me that needs the control arm replaced. Before I bought the car he said he guaranteed me he would have the car working right. Bought it the Monday and kept it until the Thursday, drove it home and on the next day Friday you hit sudden brakes and you hear a loud noise coming from the car. Take it to my mechanic and its the control arm. Call the company and they said they would check it out and fix it. They kept the car for a week and call me to tell me the car is ready. Bunch of liars got there after an hour and a half drive and they did not fix anything. Eddie is not a nice person and not business like. He cost me more money because I had to trade to a car that cost me more money.He preys on the weak and takes advantage. I will never do business with him and do not recommend you do business with car concepts. Got to the lot and the same 2004 Chrysler Pacifica he has on the lot(refuses to fix the control arm) he has it up for sale again. Car Concepts is the worst!!!!!

I had an amazing experience when I came to Car Concepts. I was looking for a nice car, that I could afford, and had low miles. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Right away I found a 2006 Mazda, low miles, and in great condition.. My sales person was very patient with me, because I was a little confused myself on what exactly I wanted. but once I saw the Mazda I fell in love. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great! I was referred by a friend who just like me was looking for a reliable car but didn't have the best credit. This people were the best they got me approved in no time and they literally have the best inventory around this area, extremely clean cars. I purchased a 2004 Nissan Maxima with low miles for an excellent price. I am looking forward to sending my friends to Car Concepts. I highly reccommend anyone that is looking for a car to go to this place. They work with you in every way. They help you as much as you need when it comes to payments and down payments. My sales person was great! The Finance Manager was also great. He explained everything to me in laymens trems. I would definitely come here again. It goes a long way when you purchase a vehicle, and the treatment is of high essence. Give them a shot!! You won't regret it!

I don't know where to begin! This is by far the greatest car dealership I have ever shopped at. I read the reviews below and could not believe they are talking about the same place I had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been looking for a used car for over a month and was about to give up because of all the garbage I was seeing. On my way home from seeing my last car I pulled over to their lot. All of their cars where in impeccable condition so I thought they were out of my price range. Their salesman Arlan greeted me and was sooo friendly. I thought great a bullish@@er. Quite the contrary, he was great. Ok long story short. I purchased a 2006 jeep liberty and it was in such perfect condition cosmetically that I didn't bother to check it out mechanically until after I purchased it. Two days later I heard a horrible noise. It turned out that I needed brand new brakes and something called a tension pulley ( I think that's what it's called) I thought great now the problems begin! Wrong!!! I called Arlan and Andy and they told me to bring it in. Not only did they fix my concerns with those problems they fixed some other minors problems and tinted my windows as promised for FREE! I forgot to mention picked me up for the repair and brought me to work, came back and picked me up to get my vehicle. All of this done on a bought "as is" vehicle! I could go on! They are AWESOME! I highly recommend them to anyone who had some credit issues and needs to get back on their feet credit wise. They are truly men of their word and stand by their vehicles. If you go in ask for ARLAN his a hoot ! Thank you guys.

Garbage! Don't buy a car from here, save your money and go somewhere else worth buying from that doesn't sell "as is" to screw you over! I would rate it negative stars if I could.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!! I PURCHASED A 2004 FORD EXPLORER AND WAS TOLD NO ISSUES WITH IT. 2 DAYS LATER IT BREAKS DOWN ON ME AND IT WAS A TRANSMISSION LEAK!! I WENT TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO AND ALL THEY DID WAS BREAK UP MY DOWN PAYMENTS THINKING THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR SO I CAN DO IT MYSELF! THEN AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS AND CALLS THIS TRUCK HAS BROKEN DOWN ON ME 5 TIMES IN LESS THAN A MONTH!! NEVER GOT A CALL BACK OR ANYTHING, FINALLY I GOT A HOLD OF ANDY AGAIN WHO SAID MULTIPLE TIME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID, I TOLD HIM IT COMPLETELY BROKE DOWN ON ME AND I CAN DRIVE IT AT ALL, HE SAID WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE BRING IT IN. I SAID I CAN'T! IT DOESN'T DRIVE AT ALL! HE CONTINUED TO SAY HE WAS NOT A TOWING COMPANY AND WAS BEING NICE TO EVEN OFFER TO HAVE HIS MECHANIC EVEN LOOK AT IT, THEN STARTED TO YELL AT ME AND HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN CURSE AT HIM OR ANYTHING. THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF JUNK CARS AND LIARS!! THE SALESMAN ARLEN "EX-MARINE" LIED TO MY FACE AND MADE ME BELIEVE HE WAS A CHURCH GOER TO MAKE ME FEEL CONFIDENT IN BUYING AND WHILE I WAS IN THE OFFICE WAITING TO SIGN PAPERWORK, I WENT UP TO HIS DESK TO ASK HIM A QUESTION TO FIND HIM DROOLING OVER P*RN ON THE COMPUTER. DISGUSTING!!!! OFFICE IS FULL OF SNEAKS AND LIARS! STAY AWAY! YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY SELL THEIR CARS AS IS AND DON'T CARE ONCE YOU DRIVE OFF! I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB FOR SURE!

One of the best used car lot that I ever seen, very clean cars and great service. I recommend it!!!
