Best Western Plus JFK Inn & Suites

Excellent Service!!!!



I had an extremely positive experience staying at the Best Western Plus JFK Inn and Suites. The rooms are very big and come with a TV, Coffee/tea maker, Hairdryer, Iron, ironing board, A.C, Microwave, Refrigerator, Internet and many more. The beds were amazing- I did not want to get up in the morning. The Front Desk was very helpful when I had questions about my bill and reservation. The rest of the staff was helpful too, when I had a question or two about the hotel or things in the area. The Lobby was very well maintained. The Pool area was clean and neat. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Always spotless and fresh. Wonderful place to stay. Courteous staff that is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the linens are clean. The bathrooms are spotless. It is always where I stop in Little Rock.

My sister and I were on our way home and we stopped here about halfway through our road trip. We walked in hoping there was a room for us. The front desk lady, Mercedese was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was willing to help us find the best rate according to what we wanted to spend and even told us the best places to eat around. The bed was comfortable and the overall stay was excellent. The hotel was trendy and updated. No problems with this stay. Will definitely stay here again!

it is very clean and less than 5 minutes from downtown Little Rock. We felt safe with the police station being across the street. The front desk ladies were very nice. We were allowed an extra 30 minutes past the regular checkout so that my son could take a swim in the indoor pool and then get a shower. The breakfast was good. The attendants were there to pick up plates and make sure everything was restocked. The selection Sunday morning included, instant eggs (surprisingly edible), biscuits (yum!), gravy, yogurt, donuts, bacon, cereal, mixed fruit, bananas, toast, waffles,

I always stay at the Best Western Plus when I come to Little Rock, I enjoy the location and all of the amenities that this hotel has to offer. I feel very comfortable and enjoy the experience every time whether it is for business or to visit family.

I LOVED this Best Western. It looked updated, it was clean, and I loved our room with a whirlpool bathtub! I would definitely stay there again and I recommend this place to anyone! *The only downside I would have to say is how many towels they give you in your room, especially for a family, I only got 2 towels. Not a bug deal though.

Traveling with spouse; great location. Folks at front desk were very friendly and everything was in order when we arrived. We had a Queen bed and our room was furnished adequately. Comfortable mattress and linens were okay. Everything in the room looked Fresh and Perfect. Near by restaurant has great food for a decent price. Housekeeping did an excellent job; my room was immaculate and well stocked. We enjoyed the Pool which was clean. The Hotel is located to William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park.
