I40 Transmission

I recently had serious transmissions issues with my sons truck, a 2006 silverado, on a sunday morning I called the business number and reluctantly got a live person on the phone, (Tammy), I told her what the issues were and she was able to give me a fair price on the phone and coordinated a wrecker to meet me to pick the truck up, which was delivered to them the following morning, and as promised, the truck was ready the next day, and they repaired another item I had requested them look at for the cost of the parts, it was a minor repair. I have to hand it to the owner (Dale) and Tammy, they are the most professional business I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Very professional and the shop, that I did visit is very clean, not what you would expect from a auto repair facility, it looks more like hospital quarters. Thank you so much Dale for the work you did, and Tammy for letting me know how the progress was going.

Dale and his whole staff were great at revbuilding my transmission. I have a 1998 Ford Taurus that has never run better - even when it was brand new. Please always go to I-40 Transmission first and you won't be dissapointed. They were all very friendly and you can tell how serious and precise they are with their work. 500 miles from home my truck has acceleration problems while riding through Arkansas. After being denied help at a transmission shop at the next closest exit (they said they only work with semis) i look online for the next closest one 10 miles away which is I40 and call em up. Its closing time and they offer to stick around until I can make it there. My issue requires my family and I to spend the night at a hotel until the problem is fixed in the morning. They give us a ride to the hotel and to get food while my truck is in their shop. My issue wasn't as serious as I thought it was and they got us back on the road ASAP without taking advantage of us from not being from around there. Its very hard to find honest trustworthy mechanics especially 500 miles away from home in unfamiliar territory, however Tammie and Dale quickly turned from strangers into helpful friends.
