The Enclave at the Riverfront

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is awful! I have had major flooding issues since I moved in almost a year ago. They had to run big fans on MY electric bill. When they moved a very expensive desk to dry the carpet they broke two of the legs on it. They will boot a car that doesn't have a parking permit, but anytime there is anything going on at Alltel there is NO visitor parking (I asked them about this and they informed me that my guest would just have to drive around in circles until a parking spot became availabe and was NOT at all allowed to park in the garage even though there were plenty of extra spaces!) I've talked to people here whose hot water heaters don't work, air conditioners don't work. Ohh and my window has a bullet hole. This place is way to0 expensive. The biggest regret of my life is that I moved here!!!! Thank God I get to move out on May 9th or this place would drive me to homicide....
