Titus Surveying and Engineering, PC

In my life I have never been so shocked at a phone conversation with a business! Ever! I'm speechless. But not without words, so here goes. I am a polite and respectful person. I met with my architect and she told me she had been trying to get Lee Titus Surveyors out there since last fall. They just wouldn't respond. They just needed to update it for the town since I changed just a sidewalk. Effortless, one would think. She finally forwarded the Lee Titus Surveying info to me to see if I could take care of it. I called him and asked if we could put a date on the calendar for the job to be done. He told me "you can get someone else to do it" and when I said I will have to pay twice the price to have it done from scratch, he nastily responded, "let me put it this way...we don't want your job. Find someone else to do it."
Mean-spirited, rude, and ignorant doesn't begin to explain this man. Remember if you choose to read the other "fake news" reviews, 2 of which are the same person, you risk paying twice for having your property surveyed as I will have to do now. Please heed my advise!
