- Dr. Haghighi, popularly referred to as Dr. “H” attended John’s Hopkins University where he was awarded his Master’s degree in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics. While studying, he worked as a Biologist at NIH (National Institutes of Health). Shortly after graduation, he attended the University of Maryland, College of Dentistry where he was awarded his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Dr. H. was accepted in an Oral Surgery Clerkship at UMB where he received extensive training. He has also received advanced training in Implant placement, TMJ issues (Dawson Academy), and full mouth reconstruction. Dr. H. has continued his professional education through The Dawson Academy http://thedawsonacademy.com, which offers a pathway to clinical mastery for dental professionals. The coursework builds upon Dr. Haghighi’s collegiate education to help him identify future problems before they advance and ethical treatment methods that solve patients’ problems the first time Dr. H. has completed advanced dental training through The Dawson Academy that less than 10 percent of dental professionals worldwide pursue. This extensive program teaches dentists how to achieve long-lasting results for their patients. He completed the coursework because he believes patients deserve the very best care. Dr. H. is a member of Dawson’s Alumni Association, ADIA (American Dental Implant Association), AGD (Academy of General Dentistry), ADA (American Dental Association), and MSDA (Maryland State Dental Association). He is committed to best practices and will continue to keep himself up to date with the latest information and technology available in Dentistry.

Provided by Doctor.comI was soooo nervous, initially, however, Dr. Haghighi made me feel totally comfortable by thoroughly explaining EVERYTHING from start to finish. He answered all my questions, and addressed any and all concerns I had before and during the procedure.
The Assistant, Marleny, was amazing also! Super warm and friendly!
The Front desk staff, greets me with a smile and has amazing customer service!
Definitely 5 STARS!!!

Provided by Doctor.comvery warm welcoming dentist office my sons became their sons im 40 and i never experienced any dentist office where you felt cared for as much as we do not only our teeth and insurance lol we learned proper care for our dental health

Provided by Doctor.comMarch 2017 I had to see my dentist in an emergency situation. Could not take see me at that time. A friend recommended Royal Care Dentistry. I was seeing by Dr. Haghighi, understood my emergency and took care of the situation. Everyone in this office are just wonderful people I was welcome with open arms. Extremely helpful and they all showed they cared. I how have a new Dentist and a wonderful team to help me with all my dental needs.
I will recommend Royal Care Dentistry to anyone.

Provided by Doctor.comI had a great experience at this office. The staff were awesome and the dentist was very through. He did a bite study on me and figured out the bite issue I have been dealing with for years. Honestly no other dentist has had ever done it for me. I'm very comfortable with my bite now and i'm very happy to find this office.

I trust him implicitly with all my dental work and I'm glad to have found this office. The entire staff is friendly and they take their time to explain all procedures to me very clearly. Five stars for sure!

He is informative, kind, and gentle with his patients and goes beyond the standard of care for pain prevention and pain management when needed. His staff has been trained to be kind and adaptive to patients' needs. I highly recommend this practice.
